These Terms govern your use of prepstack.co.in (the "Site"), operated by Randhir Jassal ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What PrepStack provides

PrepStack publishes long-form articles, interview questions, and developer guides. The content is educational and informational only. We do not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Architecture and code recommendations are general patterns — always validate them against your specific project, security, and compliance requirements before using them in production.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You will not:

Attempt to access non-public areas (admin panels, internal APIs) without authorisation
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written permission
Use automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk-download tools that materially impact Site performance
Republish entire articles to your own site without our written permission (see Section 3)
Use any part of the Site to violate applicable law or anyone's rights

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Our content

Read, share, and link to articles freely. Short quotations (a few sentences) with attribution and a link back to the original article are welcome without asking.
Use code snippets in your own projects under an implied MIT-style permissive licence unless an article explicitly states otherwise. Attribution is appreciated but not required for short snippets.

You may not:

Translate, mirror, or republish an entire article on another site without our written permission
Strip our attribution and present our content as your own
Train commercial AI models on the full corpus of PrepStack content without our written permission
Use our brand name or logos to suggest endorsement we have not given

3.2 Third-party content

Articles may reference or quote third-party documentation, open-source code, or research, under fair use / fair dealing. Those quotations remain subject to the original authors' licences.

3.3 Your contributions

If you send us feedback, corrections, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to incorporate them into the Site without further compensation or attribution. You confirm that any feedback you send is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

Articles are free of errors, omissions, or out-of-date information
Code samples are production-ready or fit for any specific deployment
The Site will be available without interruption
Any third-party service mentioned will continue to be available or unchanged

You are responsible for your own evaluation, testing, and integration of anything you learn here.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

6. Third-party links

The Site contains links to external resources (documentation, tools, repositories). Those resources are operated independently. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 survive termination.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves or as the law requires. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your own jurisdiction.
